Fine Line Tattooing

Fine lines|Ornamentals|Dotwork

If you’re looking to get a small and delicate tattoo, fine line is the best option. Fine line tattoos generally consist of lines, dots, partial solid pigment and shading.

This style of tattoo fortunately is less painful than the traditional tattoo as fine line tattoos are usually created with a single or 3rl needle (3 round liner) which contains only three needle tips therefore not as intense as the thicker needles used for traditional tattoos. Due to using a thinner needle, more intricate details can be added to make the design pop.

Fine line tattoos are usually monochromatic, this allows faster healing time compared to coloured tattoos as the needle does not need to penetrate the skin as deep.
