All appointments require a non refundable booking fee. Booking fees will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment. Appointments are not secure without a booking fee. Booking fees need to be paid within 24 hours of booking your appointments or they will automatically be cancelled. Why We Sometimes Start with Saline or Chemical Removal for PMU
When it comes to PMU (permanent makeup) removal, we always want to avoid any unwanted colour changes like red, orange, or yellow that can sometimes occur during laser removal. Here’s why:
Many PMU pigments are made up of a combination of red, yellow, and black. When we use a laser, it primarily targets the black pigment, but this can leave the red and yellow pigments behind, which may cause them to turn red, orange or even neon yellow—not the result we want! 😣
The only way to know how your specific PMU will react to the laser is through a patch test, because it’s unpredictable. If the test patch shows that the laser is targeting the pigment well and there’s no colour shift, we proceed with laser removal. ✅ But if there’s any risk of unwanted colour changes, we can use saline or chemical removal as a safer alternative to break down the pigments gradually.
Ultimately, we’re here to make sure your removal process is as smooth and effective as possible, and sometimes that means adjusting the approach based on how your PMU responds.
