Booking Appointments

Please note we can be booked from anywhere between 8-12 months in advance. You can keep up-to-date with any cancellations or newly released availability in our Facebook group.

BOOKING FEES
All appointments require a non refundable booking fee. Booking fees will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment. Appointments are not secure without a booking fee. Booking fees need to be paid within 24 hours of booking your appointments or they will automatically be cancelled. Please always ensure that you put your full name as the reference when transferring your booking fee if you’re doing so via BACS.

WHY ARE BOOKING FEES NON-REFUNDABLE?

Booking fees are used to offset administrative costs associated with managing bookings, such as scheduling, communication, planning, patch testing and the cost of processing and administering your reservation, including administrative costs and booking platform fees.
