With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry specialising in wedding makeup, brow artistry and threading. I found my forte in Permanent makeup carrying out the latest treatments available to enhance eyebrows. I first completed my training in microblading in 2015 and soon realised my passion was transforming people’s faces with natural new eyebrows, so I went to further develop my skills in the leading and most experienced microblading academy in the world – PhiAcademy.

My obsession with creating natural-looking brows meant that within 6 months of being a qualified PhiArtist, I was delighted and very proud to be granted the title of Royal Artist – the first in Scotland. During my time as a Royal Artist creating lots of beautiful brows, I also had the pleasure of assisting PhiBrows Master Santa Kalnina in her trainings all over the UK and in 2018 it was an honour to be announced PhiBrows Master myself.

Through my experience with PhiBrows, I was able to develop my unique technique ‘One-Pass’ microblading technique which when followed can achieve optimum healed results and produce a more natural-looking brow. Through my brand ‘Hailey Dallas Brows’ I offer my beginner microblading training and advanced skills/techniques classes for individuals or small groups, sharing my acquired knowledge and skills which will save artists time and money.

Over the last few years, I have continued to develop my skills to offer a wider range of services related to permanent eyebrows including Powder Brows, Nano Brows, Combination Brows and various methods of permanent makeup and tattoo removal.
